The Hadjispassos Family has been cultivating olive trees of the Halkidiki variety for the last 30 years, producing excellent quality edible olives.
In 2015 Elena Hadjispassou created the company EVITA OLIVES with the objective of standardization and marketing of all types of olives, stuffed olives, olive oil, olive paste and olive spoon sweets.
