Xavier Alazard is the French producer and owner of a 17th century family-owned mill, Moulin Cornille, located in Maussane-les-Alpilles, a village nestled in the heart of Provence.
Le Carré des Huiles is produced from a multivarietal blend of Aglandau, Salonenque, Grossane and Verdale des Bouches du Rhône olives. Its aroma is reminiscent of ancient flavors. Ripeness under controlled conditions.
