Olio Nuovo Days 2026 — Competition Week
From March 31 to April 3, Paris hosts the Olio Nuovo Days competition week, celebrating its 10th anniversary and reaffirming its unique approach to extra virgin olive oil — at the crossroads of taste, science, and design.
180 oils, 19 countries
The 2026 edition now brings together 180 extra virgin olive oils from 19 countries, reflecting the vitality of contemporary olive growing. This year also marks the first partic

ipation of the United Arab Emirates, with an oil produced in the heights of Al Ain oasis.
Two competitions, one shared vision of excellence
Quality Competition
March 31 – April 2, 2026
Presided by Chef Eugénie Béziat, the competition includes pre-selections by international professional tasters, followed by a final round with a jury of chefs, scientists, and perfumers.
