VERDE OLIVA BIODINAMICO

Made using a unique process, Verde Oliva Olive Oil has a standard called “AUTHENTIC EXTRA VIRGIN”.

Made at the Verde Oliva mill in Delfim Moreira, it is extracted exclusively from biodynamic olives grown at Sítio Canelal in Maria da Fé or from organic olives grown on the Verde Oliva farm in Delfim Moreira.

The entire processing system is certified Organic and Biodynamic (DEMETER) by the IBD and has an ANVISA health permit. It is extracted at a low temperature and with a set of precautions that avoid the unnecessary presence of air, water, heat, light and pomace, which are harmful to the quality of the oil.
