Our olive plantation is the highest in Brazil, with terraces from 1,700m to 1,910m above sea level, cultivated at Fazenda Tuiuva, located in Mantiqueira, in the municipalities of Maria da Fé and Cristina, in Minas Gerais.
Fazenda Tuiuva is the planting and management area of Espaço Essenza and includes the following olive varieties: Arbequina, Arbosana, Coratina, Grappolo and Koroneiki, which gave rise to the Mantikir Olive Oil blend.
Harvesting takes place by hand, as this is the most appropriate way of extracting the fruit without damaging the plant and preserving the health of the olives, resulting in the highest quality the olives can offer.
We are very proud of the olive oil we produce, and these awards are the result of recognition for our work and the realization of a dream.
